There are a lot of people who pigeon hole tablets as consumer devices. And yet, we see products moving from the professional and enterprise settings to tablets and smartphones on a nearly daily basis. The latest is from the maker of AutoCAD, Autodesk.
Autodesk created a web application named AudoCAD WS that lets the user upload drawings to cloud based servers. Earlier this year, AutoDesk released the free AutoCAD WS for iOS (app iPad and iPhone). This mobile app lets you work with AutoCAD drawings on iOS device. Android smartphone and tablet users will soon be able to work with AutoCAD drawings on their mobile devices too. Like the iOS app, the Android version of AutoCAD WS will be free.
