Its very easy. Just follow the steps below:
1. go to http://www.filehippo.com/download_utorrent/ and download the Torrent software.
2. install it, after completion.
3. now go to http://btjunkie.org/torrent/AutoCAD-2009-32bit/93141622513136261dd932d4fe3c76ad4d6632f38229 and click on Download Torrent button (on the left top corner a green color button), and save it to your desktop.
4. after completion (usually takes 2 or 3 seconds to complete), double click on that Torrent file.
5. it will automatically open in Torrent software.
6. Select the Destination folder for it, and press OK.
7. it will start downloading
Tips: when downloading is starts, you can further boost the downloading speed of it with simply right click over it and select Force Start, and then again Right Click and come down to the Bandwidth Allocation and Click on High, so your downloading speed will improve slightly.
after completion of downloading process, you will have to install it.
